Go Red Sox, Go Red Sox
You're going to win.
Go Red Sox nation is strengthened within.
You give a passion to Fenway park
Your batting and pitching stands,
We'll be there for all your plans.
Go Red Sox, Go Red Sox
We're going to win.
What makes us feel secure?
Your dedication is true,
So when we look at you,
We're so Go Red Sox
We're all with you.
Go Red Sox, Go Red Sox
We're going to win,
We want our Championship,
You'll slug some homeruns
A great season done
We're so, Go Red Sox
We're all with you.
Go Red Sox, Go Red Sox
We're going to win,
What gives us back our hope?
The fans will have finally won
The pennant to Boston
We're so ,Go Red Sox
We're all with you.
'Oh Johnny' was written in 1916 by Abe Olman and Ed Rose. It reappeared in 1938 and again sold a million copies. This song, that became popular during a war and again during the depression, is catchy and uplifting. And do we need that now!
